I’m from Hyderabad, India, a city rich in history and known as the “City of Nizams.” I was born and raised here and I live with my wife and Mother, I began my career in the service industry before eventually transitioning into banking.
After 20 years of dedication to my professional life, I felt the need to explore other passions and pursue my dreams. Art has always called to me—my grandmother was a talented paper mache artist and painter, and this creative spirit ran through her family, including me.
When I picked up a brush, I discovered a love for watercolors and oils. I’m especially drawn to realistic landscape painting and have started creating my own works as an amateur artist. I’m inspired by artists like Michael James Smith and Andrew Tishler.
My landscape paintings are primarily done in oils, using various surfaces like boards and canvas. I also enjoy working with watercolors, especially for painting Indian birds. My inspiration for landscapes comes from nature photography and the scenery around my golf course.
Aside from art, I also enjoy playing golf and am an aquarium enthusiast.
My goal is to become a professional artist, and I’d love for you all to join me on this journey.
I have a passion for watercolor and try to paint in this medium as often as possible. However, oil paint offers me the freedom to adjust and enhance my work, especially when it comes to the realistic landscapes I enjoy creating. I also enjoy drawing with pencil and charcoal.
